Robert Troutwine, Ph.D. is the founder of Troutwine & Associates, Inc, (TAI). Dr. Troutwine began consulting to organizations in the late 1970s. In 1984 the firm was incorporated.
At the helm, Dr. Troutwine combined sound research with applied psychology to offer clients a variety of services. This combination has always been a core principle with the firm, for it means research decides the path to new, state-of-the-art solutions while applied techniques insure these solutions are practical with real world impact.
