The ESP Developmental Report
Any applicant who completed the ESP Survey during
the hiring process can receive an ESP Development Report without
retaking the survey. Employees can receive a personal report in their
orientation kit—showing you care. Established employees can answer the
brief ESP Survey to obtain their ESP Development Report. Every report
comes in a folder designed to facilitate the development process with
specific action steps for the individual.
With this personal growth plan employees are given
direction on what to improve on.
Many of the suggestions are self-directed -- no
training time required. Training and group exercises are also
included.
